8x Dialer Conduct Agreement

Before you dial with the 8x Dialer, you agree that on every call you will:

1. Name the business truthfully. Say who you are, the business you call for and why you are calling. Never mislead anyone about who is calling or why.
2. Give the recording notice. Calls are recorded. Say the recording notice in your script on every call.
3. Stop when asked. When someone asks not to be called, stop, tell them you won't call again, and mark them Do not call.
4. Call businesses only. Call people at businesses, about their business.

You also understand that the 8x Dialer cannot make emergency calls. In an emergency, use another phone.

Breaking this agreement can stop your business's calling and end your access to the 8x Dialer. The full rules are in the 8x Dialer Acceptable Use Policy.
